System thatmonitors some field data on-line and receives results from hindcast and forecast

models. The system evaluates the results against a large number of environmental criteria and

triggers appropriate actions. The events and actions are fully documented and stored for later

analysis and as documentation for the authorities. System employs standard computer technology

including Windows.
